A taste of Ibiza for the holidays: menus that delight the senses

And this year, several of our partners are offering unique gastronomic experiences for Christmas, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Can Curreu offers three festive menus designed to be enjoyed slowly, in a naturally beautiful setting with the rustic elegance that defines this charming rural hotel. At Jara, the restaurant at The Standard, Ibiza, the menus are as stylish and modern as the space itself. For Christmas Eve, expect sharing plates like Iberian ham with olive oil flatbread, white prawn tartare with black truffle, and monkfish and clam stew. For New Year’s Eve, the menu surprises with foie gras with smoked eel, tempura oyster with yuzu gel, and lobster with spiced beurre blanc, followed by a signature dessert — all in an intimate setting with cocktails and contemporary design.

Meanwhile, El Hotel Pacha also offers menus for both special evenings. On Christmas Eve, guests can enjoy dishes like grilled scallop Gilda, beef tenderloin with chestnuts and truffled mash, and Santiago almond cake with nougat ice cream. On New Year’s Eve, the evening ends with a gold-dusted Sacher cake, a glass of Moët & Chandon, and access to the club to welcome 2026 in true Pacha style.
