The culinary essence of 7Pines Resort is deeply rooted in its destination, celebrating local flavours and produce. The resort's renowned restaurant, The View, maintains its distinctive Mediterranean-French influence, presenting dishes with specialities from the Balearic Islands, such as red mullet, tuna and Ibizan red shrimp. This sophisticated culinary concept, awarded 1 Sun by the Repsol Guide 2023 and distinguished by the MICHELIN Guide 2023 (Spain and Portugal), is led by Executive Chef Óscar Salazar.
Chef Salazar has introduced for this season an à la carte menu and three exquisite tasting menus, including a vegetarian option, inspired by his passion for Mediterranean flavours. Highlights include lightly roasted mackerel, "Balfegó" tuna harmonica and local lamb loin. The à la carte menu offers other delights, complemented by a selection of Spanish and international wines from the resort’s carefully curated wine cellar, with tastings led by the expert sommelier.
This year, the resort continues its acclaimed “Four-Handed Dinners,” where Michelin-starred chefs cook alongside Chef Salazar. Highlights include Chef Javier Guillén, visiting from June 23-28, known for his work at El Bulli, and Chef Miguel Carretero, from Santerra, Madrid, on July 11, who will focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
