Ocean Brasserie

With direct views over the Mediterranean on Santa Eulalia's beachfront, Ocean Brasserie & Bar is the signature restaurant of Hotel Riomar Ibiza and one of the most genuine dining destinations on the island's east coast. Its culinary philosophy celebrates contemporary Mediterranean cuisine using fresh, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

The menu is designed for sharing: artisan croquettes, seafood salpicón, tuna tataki, sea bass baked in salt and grilled ribeye with mojo picón. Beyond the à la carte menu, the space comes alive with a weekly programme of themed paella and barbecue nights, Cuban evenings, live flamenco guitar, acoustic sessions and piano nights from 20:30h.
